Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to all direct bookings made with [Sea View Resort] (by phone, WhatsApp, email or website). Bookings made through third-party sites (OTAs) are subject to the cancellation and refund rules of those websites.
2. Definitions
Check-in time: 12:00 PM (noon) local time.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM local time.
No-show: Guest not arriving on the booked check-in date without prior cancellation.
Non-refundable rate: Rates sold at a discounted price that are not eligible for refunds or free cancellation.
3. Standard Cancellation Terms (Direct Bookings)
Free cancellation: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in.
Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s stay (or applicable percentage shown at booking).
No-show: If the guest does not arrive and has not cancelled, the full first night (or entire stay for prepaid non-refundable bookings) will be charged.
Early departure: If a guest checks out earlier than the booked check-out date, charges for the nights used will apply. Refund for unused nights will be at the hotel’s discretion and subject to the booking conditions shown at time of reservation.
4. Non-Refundable & Prepaid Rates
Some promotional or prepaid rates are non-refundable. These are clearly indicated at the time of booking. No refund will be provided for cancellations of such bookings unless required by law.
5. Group Bookings & Events (Party Hall)
For group bookings or party hall reservations (100 pax), a separate deposit and cancellation schedule applies. Typically:
Deposit required to confirm booking (amount or % specified in contract).
Cancellation more than 14 days before event: full deposit refunded less administrative fee (if any).
Cancellation within 14 days: deposit non-refundable or subject to different terms — see event contract.
6. Modification Policy
Modifications (date change, room type change) are subject to availability. If new dates have higher rates, the guest pays the rate difference. Modifications requested within 48 hours of check-in are treated as cancellations and new bookings and may attract cancellation charges.
7. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
If the hotel cannot provide the reservation due to force majeure events (natural disaster, government travel restrictions, epidemic, etc.), Sri Krish Resort will offer either:
- Full refund of any prepayment; or
- Complimentary rescheduling to alternative dates (subject to availability).
The hotel is not liable for additional guest costs (flights, transfers); guests are advised to purchase travel insurance.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be initiated after confirmation and will be processed via the original payment mode where possible (UPI/bank refund). Refunds are normally completed within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary by bank/payment provider.
For UPI refunds, please provide the UPI ID used for the original payment if requested.

10. Refund Disputes & Contact
If you do not receive your refund within 14 business days, please contact our Support Team at srikrishresort@gmail.com

11. Special Notes
Prices, taxes and fees displayed at booking are final and apply to the cancellation terms shown at that time.
The hotel reserves the right to update this policy; changes will not affect bookings already confirmed unless required by law.
