By accessing our website, making a booking, or staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Information

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests staying at Sri Krish Resort, whether bookings are made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or in person.

• The management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment, if applicable.
• Guests must provide accurate personal details (name, contact number, ID proof) at the time of booking

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• Valid government-issued photo ID proof is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

4. Occupancy Policy

• Room occupancy is strictly as per the booking details.

• Extra persons or extra beds (if permitted) may be charged additionally.

• Children accommodation policies will be shared at the time of booking.

5. Tariffs & Payments

• All room tariffs are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.

• Payments can be made via UPI or other accepted payment methods as communicated by the resort.

• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

6. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy carefully before confirming the booking.

7. No-Show & Early Departure

• In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice), no refund will be applicable.

• Early check-out before the confirmed departure date may not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.

8. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and staff at all times.

• Any damage to property, furnishings, or amenities caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

• Sri Krish Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of hotel rules without any refund.

9. Safety & Security

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for loss or theft of valuables.

• Use of hotel facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

• Guests must comply with all safety instructions displayed on the premises.

10. Facilities & Services

• Facilities and amenities provided by the resort are subject to availability and operational conditions.

• The management reserves the right to temporarily suspend any facility due to maintenance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

11. Party Hall & Events

• Separate terms and advance payment conditions apply for party hall bookings and events.

• Noise levels must be maintained as per local regulations and resort guidelines.

• Any damage caused during events will be charged to the booking party.

12. Force Majeure

Sri Krish Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

13. Website Usage

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Sri Krish Resort and must not be used without prior permission.

• Website content is for informational purposes only and may be updated without notice.

14. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts only.
